Cattle Man’s Pie#

My evolving work-in-progress version of the traditonal Sheppard’s version

Ingredients#

  • 1 can French cut green beans 14.5 oz

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 can sliced mushrooms 4 0z

  • 1 lb ground meat

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

  • 8 servings prepared Idahoan potatoes

  • complete seasoning (Salzon Completa)

  • black pepper

Instructions#

  1. Brown and season the meat.

  2. In an appropriate sized casserole dish, layer the ingredients in the order listed.

  3. Bake at 400 until bubbly and browned about 20 minutes.
