Cattle Man’s Pie#
My evolving work-in-progress version of the traditonal Sheppard’s version
Ingredients#
1 can French cut green beans 14.5 oz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms 4 0z
1 lb ground meat
1 cup shredded cheddar
8 servings prepared Idahoan potatoes
complete seasoning (Salzon Completa)
black pepper
Instructions#
Brown and season the meat.
In an appropriate sized casserole dish, layer the ingredients in the order listed.
Bake at 400 until bubbly and browned about 20 minutes.
